Provide overall direction and management for a branch office, including operations and administrative oversight. Drive branch sales and productivity while managing P&L, budgeting, purchasing, and business planning to ensure profitability. Lead, coach, and develop branch personnel, manage inventory/assets, track key performance metrics, and ensure consistent service and installation delivery. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws, improve workflows, and support technology adoption as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall direction and management for branch operations and administration.
•Drive sales, productivity, and cost containment while managing P&L, budgets, purchasing, and business planning.
•Lead and support branch personnel, including work allocation, training, promotion, and enforcement of procedures and controls.
•Manage branch inventory and control assets, monitor key metrics, and guide department managers to achieve results.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal laws; improve workflows and support system administration; travel to job sites as required.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4–6 years of management experience managing a diverse operation with multiple business units.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA or Master’s preferred).
•Ability to manage and direct projects to completion and formulate business plans to reach revenue and net profit goals.
•Experience with budget preparation, fiscal management, and cash management, including analyzing and interpreting financial data.
•Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt and continuous improvement experience preferred.
