Key Responsibilities

•Own Serviceability Performance: Drive operating metrics that define serviceability and customer experience across Customer Ops and Worker Ops, including fill rate, worker consistency, launch ramp performance, retention, and onsite quality; lead operational improvements for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
•Lead Operational Execution: Identify and solve high-impact operational challenges affecting customer performance, workforce reliability, recruiting efficiency, launch success, and market health; drive from diagnosis through execution with measurable outcomes.
•Scale Operational Systems and Infrastructure: Build processes, tooling, controls, operating cadences, and playbooks to support rapid growth; improve forecasting accuracy, standardize workflows, and reduce manual overhead for scalable complexity.
•Drive Marketplace and Account Performance: Partner with Customer Ops, Worker Ops, Growth, Finance, and Product to improve marketplace efficiency and customer outcomes; support market prioritization, rollout strategy, pricing inputs, and account expansion.
•Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine strategy, allocate resources, and structure the company for long-term success; forecast risks and opportunities 6-12 months ahead.
