Ticket Seller- Varisity

Provide front-line ticketing and guest services at the Varsity Theater, handling will call, phone inquiries, cash and check-out procedures, and opening/closing paperwork. Maintain a high standard of customer service in person and on the phones while running the ticket program on a computer for sales. This entry-level role combines guest relations, basic computer/POS skills, and fast-paced support in a busy entertainment environment.
