Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic development of multiple Gaming and Esports assets, defining value propositions, target audiences, experience design principles, demand/supply dynamics, and commercial positioning.
  • •Translate high-level vision into structured asset strategies that articulate product concepts, operating model logic, and market differentiation.
  • •Support financial feasibility and business case development with Finance and Development to ensure assets are commercially robust and investment-ready.
  • •Design and oversee operator selection strategies, including procurement approach, evaluation frameworks, and appointment processes for operating partners and advisors.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Strategy, Partnerships, Development, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure integrated and aligned asset progression.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy advisory, or equivalent high-impact strategy roles.
