•Provide leadership, project/activity planning, coordination, and day-to-day direction to meet team mission deliverables and milestones.
•Manage team leads for special projects and the 24x7 operations center (teams of 7–17), and maintain/improve 24/7/365 operations for the production environment.
•Analyze workload and business practices to drive efficiency and process improvement, manage open issues until resolution, and submit monthly operations reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Ten years of technical security, operations management, and project management experience.
•Experience planning, directing, and managing a complex information technology operation or technology project deployment.
•Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent IT service management frameworks and operating within formal change control processes.
•Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with government clients, team members, and vendors.
•Minimum interim DoD Secret clearance to start with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret.
