Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure stable operation and efficient performance of the client's operations center, monitoring operations to meet customer performance metrics.
  • •Provide leadership, project/activity planning, coordination, and day-to-day direction to meet team mission deliverables and milestones.
  • •Manage team leads for special projects and the 24x7 operations center (teams of 7–17), and maintain/improve 24/7/365 operations for the production environment.
  • •Analyze workload and business practices to drive efficiency and process improvement, manage open issues until resolution, and submit monthly operations reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Ten years of technical security, operations management, and project management experience.
  • •Experience planning, directing, and managing a complex information technology operation or technology project deployment.

  • •Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with government clients, team members, and vendors.
  • •Minimum interim DoD Secret clearance to start with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret.
