Facilities Management Coordinator (QA)

Coordinate end-to-end facilities management by overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and documentation. Work with vendors and facility management personnel to plan repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance, while managing budgets, contracts, and facility improvement initiatives. Lead inspections, audits, and emergency response readiness, and act as a liaison for occupants and stakeholders. Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with company and IMS policies.
