Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day activities of the Alternative Energy Portfolio teams, including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and development.
  • •Own credit monitoring scorecard and approval authorization levels.
  • •Develop and document department policies and procedures; ensure periodic reviews and correct risk ratings in the leasing system.
  • •Partner with Collections, Asset Management Group, and Legal to implement workout strategies for troubled and/or severely past due accounts.
  • •Develop portfolio reports with the Data Analytics team; complete Adverse Assets Reports and coordinate auditor requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • •Experience in Alternative Energy Portfolio, Underwriting, or Asset Management, including Tax Equity, Sale Lease Back, Syndication, and Participation.
  • •8+ years banking/finance experience.
  • •Collection or workout experience and financial statement analysis experience.
  • •Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance; prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
