Director, Portfolio – Alternative Energy (Structured Finance)

Lead Pathward’s Alternative Energy structured finance portfolio by managing a team of credit and portfolio analysts. Develop and implement credit metrics using internal and external data, oversee risk monitoring and authorization levels, and report on portfolio exposure and performance. Partner with Collections, Asset Management, and Legal to drive workout strategies for troubled accounts, coordinate adverse asset reporting, and work with Data Analytics to build portfolio reporting and update credit evaluation metrics.
