Key Responsibilities

  • •Support real-time monitoring and assessment of potential enterprise incidents.
  • •Coordinate triage and escalation aligned to thresholds and severity criteria, and activate response teams and escalation pathways.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional resolution teams (Technology, Business Units, Legal, HR, Communications, Third Parties).
  • •Maintain situational awareness and provide updates on incident status, impact, and risks; manage incident SWAT calls and channels.
  • •Ensure incidents are logged and governed across the full lifecycle, including post-incident reviews and remediation tracking.

Key Requirements
