Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR support by answering team members’ questions and handling requests related to employment, contracts, onboarding, and global benefits.
  • •Maintain HRIS accuracy by processing team member changes and new joiners in a timely manner.
  • •Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and drive people strategy for areas of responsibility.
  • •Process new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup, and coordination of introductory reviews.
  • •Support benefits and the payroll process by ensuring enrollment data is accurate and liaising with payroll for smooth salary payments.
