Key Responsibilities

  • •Own, maintain and scale our company operating model.
  • •Drive annual planning, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of performance to highlight trends, opportunities, and causes of unexpected variances.
  • •Partner with accounting to develop processes to deliver accurate and timely outputs for management reporting.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to develop financial models and provide strategic insights to help them achieve their goals.
  • •Prepare quarterly reporting materials for our board.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
  • •2+ years of corporate FP&A experience; additional 2+ years in investment banking, finance/accounting or consulting preferred
  • •Proficiency with accounting and corporate finance, especially financial modeling
  • •Highly analytical and organized; ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • •Experience with ERP and corporate financial planning tools
  • •Experience with financial use cases for AI tools (Claude/OpenAI)
  • •Advanced Office and Google applications (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner at all levels
