Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting to improve Elation Health’s operating model. Collaborate with senior leaders to build financial models, drive annual and quarterly planning, and deliver timely management and board materials. Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and enable data-driven decisions in a fast-growing SaaS healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own, maintain and scale our company operating model.
•Drive annual planning, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of performance to highlight trends, opportunities, and causes of unexpected variances.
•Partner with accounting to develop processes to deliver accurate and timely outputs for management reporting.
•Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to develop financial models and provide strategic insights to help them achieve their goals.
•Prepare quarterly reporting materials for our board.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
•2+ years of corporate FP&A experience; additional 2+ years in investment banking, finance/accounting or consulting preferred
•Proficiency with accounting and corporate finance, especially financial modeling
•Highly analytical and organized; ability to prioritize multiple projects
•Experience with ERP and corporate financial planning tools
•Experience with financial use cases for AI tools (Claude/OpenAI)
•Advanced Office and Google applications (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner at all levels
