Acquire, structure, and negotiate third-party goods and services contracts for the Bancorp. Provide sourcing expertise and lead moderate-to-low risk sourcing projects, advising business line and risk managers to minimize third-party relationship risk. Execute supplier profile maintenance, contract renewals/amendments, and Sarbanes-Oxley impacting relationship reviews. Support category strategy and sourcing events (RFI/RFP, market analysis, negotiation) to protect the bank and deliver compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain supplier profiles and support designated categories with the Sr. Strategist.
•Execute moderate-to-low risk and moderate-to-low spend sourcing projects and assigned contract renewals/addendums/amendments.
•Adhere to the Sourcing Council process and manage contract review processes impacting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
•Support business lines and legal in negotiating terms/conditions to mitigate identified risk and ensure OSP policy compliance.
•Lead or support sourcing events (needs analysis, market analysis, competitive intelligence, RFI/RFP development, cost/proposal analysis, negotiation) and finalize communication/transition plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of sourcing or procurement experience.
•Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, best practices, negotiations, and business processes.
•Ability to identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks associated with third-party relationships.
•Proficiency with business process alignment and formulation of requirements with business line and cross-functional teams.
•Analytical skills, problem solving, and change leadership with strong communication.
