Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily quality inspection, guideline and process optimization, queue assignment, and handle escalations for evaluation projects.
  • •Conduct daily audits on an internal system, perform error analysis, and provide feedback to stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
  • •Monitor evaluators’ quality scores and run root cause analysis with the management team.
  • •Track project data and daily output, prepare data analysis and reports, and validate data provided to stakeholders and partners.
  • •Localize guidelines, design training schedules, coordinate stakeholder communication for go-live, deliver training to new joiners, and support product knowledge tests and result analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Fluency in Kurdish and fluent English for communication with Kurdish markets and as the working language.
  • •Work experience in search engines and social media platforms, with former experience in search-relevant business.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • •Strong analysis and communication skills with flexibility.
