Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and perform maintenance and repairs for complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Practice safe job practices and maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and maintain the service vehicle in a clean and professional manner when required.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
