Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as product owner and single-threaded leader for the digital asset ecosystem, owning discovery to BAU transition.
  • •Translate business objectives into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable KPIs/OKRs for wallet-centric UI and real-time transfers.
  • •Collaborate with technical teams to shape solution design and execute features from concept to production.
  • •Oversee end-to-end testing (functional, integration, UAT), defect triage, cutover criteria, and production readiness across Operations/Support/IT.
  • •Coordinate operational readiness (training, documentation, support planning) and improve the 24/7 support experience, including integrating external partners and managing vendors/SOWs.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of related experience in Banking Operations, Deposit Operations, or a similar field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Previous leadership experience required.
  • •Advanced knowledge of general banking operations and applicable regulatory/compliance obligations for payments.
  • •Practical expertise with payment rails (ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP) and digital assets/stablecoins, including RESTful APIs and file transfer protocols (SFTP).
