Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage advanced executive calendar logistics, handling competing requests and coordinating executive communications.
  • •Plan and facilitate meetings end-to-end, including agendas, materials, action item tracking, leadership events, board meetings, and virtual conferencing logistics.
  • •Oversee domestic and international travel and expenses, including itineraries and travel/expense submissions for a seamless executive experience.
  • •Partner with the Chief of Staff and key stakeholders to support special projects, improve workflows, and solve problems proactively.
  • •Support New York office operations, including workspace readiness, supplies, visitors, facilities requests, equipment availability, and vendor coordination.
