Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key store operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Ensure strategic product presentation by performing recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes in line with directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management, leveraging payroll management and adapting zones to business needs.
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual Managers on budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Lead associates in daily operations and guest experience, including coaching, recruitment/development, performance tool usage, and opening/closing aligned to visual standards.
