Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and deliver clinical application training for Philips IGT products and solutions for doctors, technicians, and nursing staff.
  • •Support complex cases and new technology adoption for key customers; help establish standardized hospital application practices.
  • •Understand customer clinical needs and diagnostic/treatment workflows to optimize interventional workflow efficiency and build SOPs and best practices.
  • •Identify unmet clinical needs; support clinical innovations by launching new technologies/applications, collecting clinical data and success stories.
  • •Perform competitive clinical application research and provide clinical insights to sales, marketing, and product teams while ensuring patient safety and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience in the medical device industry, ideally with clinical application experience.
  • •Experience supporting medical imaging and/or interventional therapy (e.g., clinical workflow and adoption).
  • •Preferred experience supporting large medical devices such as DSA, CT, and ultrasound.
  • •Preferred experience in interventional radiology (IR) and/or cardiovascular (CV) and/or neuro interventional (Neuro) domains.
  • •Ability to read and understand English clinical literature; strong training, communication, and cross-department coordination skills.
