Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Contract Service Agreement (CSA) field support by working with FSO to address KPI gaps and service product development roadmap needs.
  • •Implement component and cost reduction roadmaps, including part obsolescence/replacements, alternative vendors, repair/refurbishment solutions, and install & warranty analysis.
  • •Drive field productivity improvement initiatives by identifying target areas and delivering field training and certification programs for new platforms and upgrades.
  • •Support service tool performance KPIs and service agreement escalation support through coordination with internal stakeholders (including Global Product Support and Technical Support Engineering).
  • •With assistance, support product change management (PCM) including ECO/PCN, and help review customer shipped configuration/BOM accuracy and related approvals.
