Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for Connected Warfare, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against targets.
  • •Act as a strategic talent partner to divisional leadership, translating business objectives into executable hiring strategies and reporting hiring health, pipeline velocity, and risks.
  • •Execute full-cycle recruiting personally on priority roles, including leadership and senior technical hires and first-of-their-kind positions.
  • •Align and coach centralized production recruiters on day-to-day priorities, ensuring focus on highest-impact needs and providing quality assurance without formal people management responsibility.
  • •Lead operational rhythm for the hiring portfolio (intake meetings, pipeline reviews, cross-functional coordination) and run surge hiring initiatives as needed.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle production or technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • •Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, managing complex hiring portfolios and ambiguous situations with sound judgment.
  • •Experience influencing and advising Director-level and above stakeholders to translate business needs into hiring strategies and manage escalations diplomatically.
  • •Demonstrated program management capability, leading hiring initiatives beyond individual requisitions and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, using data to drive decisions and presenting hiring health to senior leadership.
