Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and iterate AI agents for TikTok Shop business scenarios from requirements to architecture design through launch.
  • •Implement agent capabilities into e-commerce scenarios such as intelligent customer service, product operation assistance, business decision support, content generation, and business process automation.
  • •Continuously develop and optimize the agent technology stack including context engineering, Harness, RAG, multi-agent collaboration, memory systems, reinforcement learning, workflow orchestration, and knowledge base construction.
  • •Understand business logic and merchant needs in e-commerce domains so agents can execute specialized requirements and solve real-world merchant problems.
  • •Monitor cutting-edge AI and large language model developments and rapidly apply new technologies to product iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Excellent coding skills with strong proficiency in programming languages.
  • •Experience with agent architecture components and tuning approaches, including mainstream open-source agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Pi).
  • •Hands-on experience with prompt tuning, Harness, RAG, context engineering, and skill development.
  • •Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with passion for technology and open source.
