Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage user profile accesses and corporate accounts on bank platforms with attention to detail.
  • •Handle local bank accounts and support Cash-Pool and Netting environments for global corporate structure.
  • •Proactively coordinate with banks and EMEA/NA teams to meet service level agreements and track/report metrics.
  • •Provide clients with reports and standard bank confirmations on an ad-hoc basis and support SOX controls and auditor collaboration.
  • •Handle Service-Now and the shared mailbox by communicating priorities, and support treasury cash-management matters (including payment queries) with local banks.

Key Requirements

  • •English and Portuguese at least B2+ level.
  • •Independently coordinate tasks effectively according to volumes.
  • •Strong self-management and prioritization skills.
  • •Proactive mindset for dynamic business needs.
  • •Ability to analyze data and verify accuracy (banking, finance, or accounting experience is a strong asset).
