Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport and deliver equipment and materials using a tractor trailer or truck (at least 26,000 GVW) in compliance with H&S standards and DOT regulations.
  • •Load/unload and move freight and materials to/from production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers.
  • •Follow dispatch instructions and maneuver into loading/unloading positions, checking vehicle and equipment placement.
  • •Secure material for transport and complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, traffic violations, and damages.
  • •Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service/repair status; obtain receipts/signatures and verify delivery documentation; provide backup yard assistance as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s license.
  • •Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate and ability to obtain a renewed certificate.
  • •24 months verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 5 years.
  • •No more than two moving violations and no more than one preventable accident in the last 3 years.
  • •Registered in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and able to use automated systems (e.g., electronic logs).
