Category Specialist

Drive sales growth within an assigned product category at the branch level by executing category and branch sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors while serving as a subject matter expert for assigned product lines. Prepare quotes, manage customer relationships, and support the full sales cycle. Partner with operations, supply chain, customer service, and marketing, monitor market trends, and report performance insights to leadership.
