Manage process management for Transaction Processing by partnering across product, technology, and risk teams to ensure payment products remain well-documented, efficient, and supported. Serve as the primary subject-matter expert and single point of contact for risk initiatives, driving issue remediation and closure. Build and maintain L2 process documentation, establish standard work, optimize risk workflows, and collect proactive data to support timely execution and ongoing audit readiness.
