Key Responsibilities

  • •Own acquisition integrations end to end, including integration timeline from diligence after a signed LOI through close and full onboarding.
  • •Right-size integration approach per deal size and sequence dependencies across Ops, HR/Payroll, IT, Marketing, Dispatch, and Finance.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional growth initiatives, tracking, escalating, and pushing initiatives to on-time completion with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Growth.
  • •Serve as the deep Asana expert: build workspaces/templates/reporting and train teams as adoption expands.
  • •Run the CEO’s Idea Funnel by owning intake, ICE scoring, triage, and weekly digests to move ideas to execution.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or similar cross-functional execution.
  • •Deep, hands-on Asana expertise (building workspaces, custom fields, and reporting).
  • •Experience with process mapping and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
