Job Summary

Lead the delivery of large, complex, and multi-site capital projects across PBV, from concept through closure. Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, safety, and success criteria, while establishing project governance and change-management processes. Drive financial and procurement activities, support vendor and contractor execution, and perform feasibility studies and design reviews. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement across engineering and plant stakeholders in Raleigh-area operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead large, complex, and/or multi-site capital projects from concept to closure, managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, safety, and success criteria.
•Establish project governance and change-management, monitor/report progress to sponsors and stakeholders, and maintain project documentation and knowledge storage.
•Own project financial performance and reporting, including capital expenditure, cash flow, forecasting, and contingency management; drive procurement activities and contract negotiations.
•Supervise/coordinate capital project activities and contractors on site, including demolition, equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning (CQV).
•Provide technical leadership and coaching, coordinate equipment training for plant personnel, and drive continuous improvement and structured change management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
•5+ years of capital engineering project-based experience.
•5+ years of experience in the food and beverage or similar CPG industry.
•Strong knowledge of knowledge management, process, and communication skills.
•Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, safety, and success criteria across projects; PMP certification is preferred.
