Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead compilation, validation, and management of exploration and resource datasets (collar, survey, lithology, alteration, mineralisation, density, geotechnical, assay), including sampling, QA/QC, and documentation.
  • •Interpret orebody geometry and develop/update 3D geological, domain, and mineralisation models for open-pit and underground deposits, including technical visual outputs.
  • •Lead mineral resource estimation activities such as EDA, domaining, compositing, top-cut assessment, variography, density assignment, block model validation, and classification/reporting.
  • •Author and review technical reports and due-diligence deliverables aligned with JORC, NI 43-101, and S-K 1300, ensuring traceable, audit-ready outputs.
  • •Plan, review, and provide technical oversight of exploration and field activities including drilling, logging, sampling, and QA/QC.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Geology, Applied Geology, Engineering Geology, Mining Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline (or a Bachelor’s degree with strong relevant experience).
  • •Approximately 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in resource geology, exploration geology, or mining consulting for open-pit and/or underground projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering geological models and mineral resource estimates as part of studies, operations, or independent reviews.
  • •Strong capability in geological interpretation and 3D modelling (e.g., wireframing/domaining, block modelling, and resource model validation).
  • •Proficiency with relevant geological/mining software and reporting frameworks such as JORC, NI 43-101, and S-K 1300.
