Job Summary

Own end-to-end Site Reliability Engineering responsibilities for one or more markets, platforms, or critical services. You’ll drive operational excellence through incident leadership, incident reviews, and corrective action tracking. Build and continuously improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing, including dashboards, runbooks, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. Partner with engineering to meet reliability requirements and mentor Level 5–6 engineers.

•Independently lead complex incidents involving multiple systems, teams, or dependencies.

•Define and track reliability metrics (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets), and maintain operational excellence standards for assigned domains.
•Mentor Level 5 and Level 6 engineers and contribute to post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action completion.
