Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer business pain points and technical challenges, gathering requirements in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Design Elastic solution architectures and create customer roadmaps aligned to business value.
  • •Lead technology workshops and deliver outcome-based solutions, including hands-on deployment and integration of Elastic products and APIs.
  • •Develop and optimize data models and queries, and tune/scale clusters for fast search and analytics at scale.
  • •Perform technical audits, upgrades, platform migrations, and advise customers on security/cyber journey while collaborating with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years as a Consulting Architect or senior IT functional leadership experience.
  • •Experience delivering consulting/professional services engagements as a consultant.
  • •Solid experience deploying Elastic Security solutions or similar SIEM/endpoint threat detection and response tools (Splunk, Arcsight, IBM QRadar).
  • •Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and how to apply it for enterprise defense.
  • •Hands-on experience with on-prem and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Openstack) and Linux.
