Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and lead the multi-year strategy for Accounting, building a scalable operating model for growth and public-company readiness.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing team (10 people), including developing managers, evolving org design, and strengthening leadership bench.
  • •Own the accuracy and timeliness of close processes and recurring/non-recurring accounting and A/P processes, improving quality and performance metrics.
  • •Drive public-company readiness by strengthening internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit preparedness.
  • •Identify and implement efficiency improvements through streamlining and automation via accounting systems and workflows, including AI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,900 - 286,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15+ years of experience, preferably including public accounting firm and publicly traded-company experience.
  • •Experience leading teams, including distributed and international teams, with a track record of building scalable organizations.
  • •Strong operational accounting experience, including driving process improvements, systems selection/implementation, and preferably AI interest and Netsuite experience.
  • •Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX requirements.
  • •US GAAP technical accounting fluency and preferably a CPA, with excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional influencing.
