Lead the Accounting team across the U.S. and Philippines, overseeing general accounting, revenue accounting, and accounts payable. Own month-end close and recurring/non-recurring accounting and A/P processes, improving quality and performance metrics. Drive multi-year accounting strategy, internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness for public-company readiness. Partner cross-functionally to ensure new products and revenue models are structured and operationalized with scalable, compliant processes, including automation and AI-enabled efficiency.
