Technical Compliance Manager

Own and drive Waitrose’s technical compliance across own brand by leading the audit management and specification management programmes. Manage supplier performance KPIs, conduct supplier approval/onboarding audits, and assess compliance trends using third-party solutions. Develop and implement technical, legal, and brand strategies and lead operational governance meetings. Support underperforming suppliers and ensure internal audits deliver technical compliance, while managing technical training and budget.
