Key Responsibilities

•Implement secure, compliant client environments for regulated financial and alternative investment firms under guidance from senior engineers.
•Support onboarding projects from discovery through cutover and handoff to Support; act as the primary implementation engineer on projects led by a Senior Project Engineer.
•Develop Technical Project Plans translating discovery findings into detailed tasks, effort estimates, and risk/mitigation considerations.
•Execute cloud and infrastructure builds (Microsoft 365 suite, Entra ID, Windows Server, AD, Group Policy) and network/security components (firewalls, switches, wireless).
•Produce high-quality technical documentation (runbooks, configuration guides, diagrams) suitable for audits and investor DDQs.

Key Requirements

•3 to 7 years of professional IT experience in roles such as Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration.
•Experience in an MSP or multi-tenant environment, ideally supporting regulated industries such as financial services, asset management, or healthcare.
•Hands-on project and implementation experience, including serving as a primary engineer or key contributor on onboarding or migration projects.
•Strong end-user and desktop support background with Microsoft Windows desktops, Office, and 365 applications; cloud platform experience including Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and modern security baselines.
•Familiarity with enterprise networking equipment (Palo Alto/Cisco/CPE), Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and email flow; ability to deliver cloud-first environments aligned with standards.
