Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate priorities into clear requirements, user stories, and day-to-day deliverables to support the generative and agentic AI product roadmap.
  • •Partner with engineering to manage the product backlog, clarify requirements, support sprint execution, and remove blockers.
  • •Support technical product development activities including solutioning, prompt development, testing, and evaluation of generative and agentic AI experiences.
  • •Collaborate with design, data science, and analytics to develop and iterate intuitive customer experiences.
  • •Use product data, testing results, and customer feedback to identify issues and opportunities for continuous improvement, while coordinating documentation aligned to enterprise standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •2-4 years of product management or related experience on a technical, digital, or customer-facing product; AI-enabled product experience preferred.
  • •Working understanding of generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, testing/evaluation approaches, and/or agentic workflows.
  • •Ability to translate product needs into clear requirements and execution plans, leveraging tools such as Rally, Jira, or Confluence.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
