Job Summary

Own and scale the Partnerships/PRM product line end-to-end for PartnerStack. Lead strategy, deliver hands-on product execution across co-sell, resell, and agency, and maintain a revenue-connected roadmap. Conduct deep discovery with B2B SaaS vendors, join onboarding and account activities, and collaborate closely with design, GTM, and an engineering squad to ship a market-leading PRM platform and improve integrations and activation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Set product strategy for the Partnerships/PRM line, defining where it goes and what to focus on.
•Ship the product hands-on with engineering and design across co-sell, resell, and agency including partner onboarding, pipeline flows, and CRM integrations.
•Own outcomes through a clear, legible roadmap connected to revenue metrics.
•Run deep customer discovery with SaaS vendors and participate in vendor onboarding and account management to identify and fix gaps.
•Maintain a coherent view across core capability areas so the offering works as one integrated product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 105,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•B2B SaaS product management experience with track record of wide product ownership across a broad surface.
•Ability to span strategy, shipping, and metrics, moving between multi-quarter strategy and backlog detail quickly.
•Excellent discovery skills with credibility to work with senior stakeholders over a long build.
•Technically proficient understanding of system and integration tradeoffs to make product calls and partner with engineering.
•Experience in partnerships, PRM, channel, or ecosystem products; CRM-adjacent background, including building a Salesforce or HubSpot integration.
