Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer collections through regular email and phone follow-up to ensure timely payment.
  • •Oversee and control the daily posting of customer payments in the Group's ERP systems.
  • •Perform cash reconciliations and match payments against outstanding invoices.
  • •Contribute to the resolution of discrepancies and disputes with customers, in collaboration with the Group's legal entities and internal departments.
  • •Prepare financial reports related to the Accounts Receivable area, including Ageing Reports and ad hoc analysis.
