Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sales by assisting with quote preparation and proposals.
  • •Manage change orders by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, and closing orders.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules (tasks, dependencies, milestones, critical path) and plan for future needs and resource constraints.
  • •Lead project administration: understand contract clauses, validate scope/cost/schedule, manage compliance, documentation, safety guidelines, and participate in pre-bid validation meetings.
  • •Financially manage projects including cash flow, forecasts (cost/revenue and cost at completion), expense monitoring, collections support, monthly project reviews, applied cost, buy-out plans, and corrective-action guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Combination of degree and/or 7-10 years’ experience in HVAC Controls and Project Management.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations, including DUI, Hit & Run, or license suspension.
