Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders in Oracle ERP for assigned commodities.
  • •Analyze demand requirements, forecasts, and production schedules to ensure timely material procurement.
  • •Execute purchasing strategies to meet cost, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives and adjust orders as business needs change.
  • •Develop and maintain supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and lead communications on order status and delivery commitments.
  • •Proactively expedite open purchase orders, resolve shortages and late shipments, and coordinate with planning, operations, and logistics to mitigate supply risks while tracking KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong experience using ERP systems for purchasing and inventory management.
  • •Experience purchasing electrical components, castings, machined parts, or industrial products.
  • •Ability to work with domestic and international suppliers.
  • •Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel, with strong inventory planning and analytical skills.
