Job Summary

Manage Thermal Liquid Cooling supply by running RFQs with suppliers for costed BOM and NPI development milestones. Track raw material readiness, monitor shortages, and coordinate delivery schedules to reduce supply chain risk. Own Thermal Liquid Cooling BOM/part numbering across design phases, release forecasts and demand orders, and negotiate with suppliers. Partner with engineers and suppliers on material readiness risk management to reduce E&O.

Key Responsibilities

•Run RFQs with Thermal Liquid Cooling suppliers for costed BOM, related NPI development costs, and change history across design milestones.
•Manage raw material readiness status, track and report material shortages, and coordinate delivery schedules to reduce supply chain risk.
•Track and manage Thermal Liquid Cooling BOM and part numbers across each milestone of the design phase.
•Release Thermal Liquid Cooling FCST and demand orders to suppliers and negotiate to secure delivery schedules.
•Partner with suppliers and engineers to perform risk management for material readiness and reduce E&O.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,356,950 - 1,938,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of BOM structure and the design process for Thermal Liquid Cooling (servers/Rack).
•Advanced analytical and communications skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint (pivots and V-Lookups).
•Planning and organizational skills using structured trackers and proactive accountability until issues resolve.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business/Industrial/Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
