Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the entire lifecycle management of big events from contract signing to final closing.
  • •Act as the main point of contact between all stakeholders, from the event organizer to internal teams.
  • •Coordinate other departments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of requirements.
  • •Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize requirements.
  • •Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to address potential user incidences with the support team.
