Key Responsibilities

  • •Own 3–4 enterprise accounts concurrently across the implementation lifecycle, with offset phasing and clean handover after hypercare to CSM.
  • •Maintain a single source of truth: RAID log, UAT test tracker, and delivery plan where every issue/risk/action/dependency lands the same day with owner and date.
  • •Own the master timeline and critical path: baseline, track against actuals, forecast slippage early, and keep the plan aligned with reality.
  • •Run UAT and test governance: derive scripts from signed-off design, assign cases to named testers, record verdicts and evidence, and enforce regression sets.
  • •Direct the delivery pod and ensure same-day engineering handover by converting tracked items to tickets with enough context; route stalls and keep throughput honest.

  • •3+ years of delivery/operations experience running enterprise implementation lifecycles.
  • •Own and enforce accountability using structured tracking (RAID log, test tracker, delivery plans) with same-day logging.
  • •Run structured UAT with enterprise finance teams: scripts derived from signed-off design, named testers, verdicts with evidence, and regression rules.
  • •Manage client stakeholder escalation by distinguishing scope, change requests, and items to refuse, and bring bad news early with mitigation and revised dates.
  • •Direct a delivery pod (engineering, QA, ML, forward-deployed engineers) and keep engineering handovers moving with sufficient written context.
