Job Summary

Provide senior on-site service support for audio visual systems in partnership with the Global Helpdesk. Diagnose and restore customer assets by installing and supporting control programs (AMX/Crestron/Firmware), maintaining client systems through preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting networked AV devices. Read schematics and blueprints, perform cabling and mounting tasks, train next-level technicians and end users, and support video codecs and teleconferencing hardware during site visits.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Global Helpdesk to provide on-site AV service support and restore customer functionality.
•Perform preventative maintenance and complete accurate job documentation.
•Install and support control programs (AMX/Crestron/Firmware) including upload/download and minor edits as needed.
•Troubleshoot networked devices and perform service tasks such as pulling cable, installing connectors, and mounting projectors/ceiling mounts.
•Train next-level service technicians and provide end-user client training as needed, including setup/troubleshooting of video codecs and teleconferencing hardware.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of audiovisual integration experience.
•Preferred formal education in Electronics or a related field.
•Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•Programming/troubleshooting capability with Crestron.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract meeting AVI-SPL driving standards.
