•Drive technology strategy for BXMA's Direct Trading business lines in partnership with investment, risk, and operations teams.
•Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the technology platforms supporting Direct Trading, including order management, execution, post-trade, market data, and analytics tooling.
•Translate trader, portfolio manager, risk, and operations workflows into prioritized requirements and clear specifications; partner with engineering to deliver against them.
•Run product discovery with investment and operating stakeholders to identify automation, data, and analytics opportunities across the trade lifecycle.
•Lead prioritization across competing demands, balancing time-sensitive trading needs with longer-term platform investments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 225,000 annually
