  • •Drive technology strategy for BXMA's Direct Trading business lines in partnership with investment, risk, and operations teams.
  • •Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the technology platforms supporting Direct Trading, including order management, execution, post-trade, market data, and analytics tooling.
  • •Translate trader, portfolio manager, risk, and operations workflows into prioritized requirements and clear specifications; partner with engineering to deliver against them.
  • •Run product discovery with investment and operating stakeholders to identify automation, data, and analytics opportunities across the trade lifecycle.
  • •Lead prioritization across competing demands, balancing time-sensitive trading needs with longer-term platform investments.
