Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and upgrades of Lucid vehicles and engineering test vehicles.
  • •Investigate complex vehicle concerns across electrical, powertrain, chassis, body, thermal, infotainment, and software systems, including root cause investigations.
  • •Support Field Quality Engineers with hands-on investigations and structured root cause analysis of suspect components and vehicle systems.
  • •Validate containment actions, permanent corrective actions, engineering changes, and software releases; support vehicle campaigns and field issue escalation.
  • •Operate and maintain diagnostic and test equipment safely, document findings and traceability requirements, and communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Automotive technician degree, certification, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Five or more years of automotive diagnostic, repair, quality, testing, or technical investigation experience.
  • •Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems and diagnostic methodologies, including scan tools, digital multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate vehicles for evaluation purposes.
