Job Summary

Oversee project control and delivery activities across local and international engagements, acting as a key client point of contact through the full project lifecycle. Plan, coordinate, and monitor order intake and delivery milestones to meet contractual requirements, while tracking budgets, forecasting, pricing, and project costs. Collaborate with business development, project management, and finance, drive process improvements, govern delivery status and risks, and provide reports and market intelligence to support commercial decisions.

•Oversee project control and delivery activities, ensuring products and services are delivered in line with contractual and customer requirements.
•Support sales planning and execution, manage key clients, and track sales and delivery opportunities including budgets, forecasting, ordering, pricing, and milestones.
•Collaborate with project management and finance to track and allocate project costs, improve operational efficiency, and resolve delivery/customer issues.
•Govern and report on delivery status, risks, and collection of credits; investigate customer problems and expedite complaint/order issue resolution.
•Maintain controlled-document databases and handle data logging, reporting, correspondence distribution, product exchanges and returns, and classified documentation storage/disposal.
