Own visitor data management for the Central Marketing team, building and maintaining a comprehensive visitor database used to improve event attendance and customer experiences. Gather and consolidate demographic, preference, feedback, and contact data from registration forms, surveys, and digital interactions. Segment and analyze visitor data to surface trends and actionable insights, collaborating with regional data teams to ensure integrity and security and working with cross-functional partners to drive targeted engagement initiatives.
