Key Responsibilities

  • •Support design, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM Planning modules and assist with the monthly Oracle patch cycle, including regression testing and impact analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain business rules and calculation scripts using Groovy scripting for forecast modeling.
  • •Support data flows and integrations with AWS data warehouse, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Workday using Data Management, EPM Automate, and internal integration tools.
  • •Streamline budgeting and forecasting by automating manual offline models, improving data integration, and reducing forecast cycle time and improving accuracy.
  • •Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to streamline FP&A processes, and collaborate with Finance and Tech partners to deliver AI-generated forecasts and insights.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM, including at least 2 years in EPM Cloud, with experience using EPM Automate and Groovy scripting.
  • •Experience building and administering Oracle EPM Planning forms, reports, and optimizing applications, including managing user access.
  • •3+ years supporting finance functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax) with strong financial statement literacy.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI automation and AI agents (e.g., agentic workflows and LLM-based automation using tools such as Claude, Gemini, or GPT).
  • •Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting, plus experience with Oracle EPM-to-ERP integrations via OIC (or equivalent middleware) and ETL/ELT pipeline operations.
