Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper with the planning, organization, daily operation and supervision of the overall housekeeping department.
•Oversee the maintenance and presentation of guest villas, guest rooms and public areas across the resort, while managing pantries and housekeeping stores to ensure operational efficiency.
•Report directly to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and support a high-performing, hospitality-focused team.
•Ensure adherence to Forbes standards and LQA requirements and maintain high guest satisfaction through meticulous service.
•Coordinate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and manage deadlines and quality across all housekeeping activities.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
•Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
•Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
•Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage a diverse team.
•Proven hands-on experience with Forbes standards and LQA is essential.
