Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate service resources and dispatch/assign team members to projects.
  • •Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs and availability.
  • •Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician leadership to assign/dispatch Controls and HVAC technicians.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the right staff, and responding to special requests.
  • •Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward to Project Administrators, and produce reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate/degree from a college or technical school with 1 year of related experience and/or training, or 3 years of related experience and/or training with a HS Diploma/GED.
