Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical discovery with Account Executives to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and set evaluation criteria.
  • •Guide customers in deploying Mistral models and products into their infrastructure and relay feedback to product/technical teams.
  • •Deliver customer onboarding and production setup spanning GPU stack, infrastructure, and back-end/front-end interfaces.
  • •Develop custom features as needed for customer requirements.
  • •Lead project success by defining and tracking POC success metrics and coordinating internal (Applied Engineers) and customer-side teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
  • •Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
  • •Fluency in Python.
  • •Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
