Key Responsibilities

•Manage the unit, including profit and loss ownership, and lead a team of people.
•Contribute to strategy development and manage implementation to achieve revenue and expense targets and build a seamless service operation.
•Set standards for client satisfaction and develop service policies, procedures, and tools to optimize client experience.
•Ensure processes, policies, and tools for financial, people, marketing, and delivery management are in place; manage capacity to meet service level agreements.
•Continuously improve procedures to deliver customer excellence, establish internal controls, provide technical consultation, and report performance to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Fluent level of Dutch.
•Extended knowledge of technical services and IT service management (ITSM), including industry best practices; ITIL practices are desirable.
•Extended experience operationally managing a technical team with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
•Extended demonstrated project management experience and experience dealing with clients while managing service levels.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
